Description

The Direct Sales Manager role will be key to realise our growth ambitions through ClearX branded DSO’s and doctors sales and to position the brand internationally. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customers, prospecting and introducing new customers to build the business.

The role focuses on generating case production by contacting DSO’s and high producing doctors. You will be responsible for generating new accounts, developing relationships with orthodontists, guiding them through their first case submission, maintaining the relationship as well as generating referrals.

Our work combines accountability, cooperation, and the desire to always offer the best clear aligners product and service.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned target group to generate new business for the organisation.
  • Researching sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Meeting quotas for production on a daily/weekly/monthly basis (clear aligners).
  • Coordinating sales effort with Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, Customer Services and Logistics.
  • Analysing the territory potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customers' value to the organisation.
  • Creating and managing a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Utilisation of Customer Relationship Management HubSpot CRM software to enable identification and progress of customer interactions.
  • Participating in trade shows and other orthodontics events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, Dentistry, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years relevant commercial experience in the dental industry promoting products or services to doctors or DSO’s.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and another European language, German is an advantage.
  • Good B2B knowledge of either digital dentistry/orthodontics or medical devices
    Ability to articulate brand value and create customer loyalty.
  • A track record of achieving profitable sales growth and relationship development is required.
  • Versatility to function effectively in a remote, fast paced and ever changing business environment.
  • Leads people inspirationally through the ability to communicate the value of better capabilities and working processes.
  • Ability to find opportunities and work with other teams to create value.
  • Analytical competency with business software (HubSpot CRM, Google, MS office).
  • Availability to travel at least 30%

Description

The Direct Sales Executive role will support our growth ambitions through ClearX branded DSO’s and doctors sales and to position the brand internationally. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customers' accounts.

The role focuses on supporting new customers and developing existing ones for ClearX, generating case submission and production. You will be responsible for developing and growing existing DSO’s and Doctors accounts, enhancing customer loyalty and utilisation rate through providing excellent service and supporting sales growth activities.

Our work combines accountability, cooperation, and the desire to always offer the best clear aligners product and service.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to increase the generation of new cases and sales revenue.
  • Developing opportunities within the assigned regions and account targets.
  • Maintaining a detailed understanding of top customers' business (pain points, improvement areas, customer support).
  • Developing sales enablement content which includes training DSO’s, Doctors and their team members on ClearX and product demonstrations.
  • Responding to situations in a timely manner with appropriate resources in order to meet customer's needs.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to develop proposals and sales strategies that drive value, solve problems and meet the objectives for the DSO’s and Doctors.
  • Monitoring progress of new customers for a period no less than 12 months.
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Utilisation of Customer Relationship Management HubSpot CRM software to enable identification and progress of customers’ interactions.
  • Assisting the sales team in trade shows and other orthodontics events.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ sales or marketing experience with customers accounts (in the dental industry is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and other European languages, German is an advantage.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills, verbal/written communications and executive presence.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to support key distributors accounts.
  • Ability to articulate brand value and create customer loyalty.
  • Versatility to function effectively in a remote, fast paced and ever changing business environment.
  • Competency with business software (HubSpot CRM, Google, MS office)

The Channel Sales Manager role will be key to realise our growth ambitions through ClearX branded channel partner sales and to position the brand internationally. You will identify, convert, onboard and work with new branded distributors to ensure they have the right capabilities and tools, agree on their targets and manage their performance. 

You are closely connected to internal stakeholders like Marketing, Revenue, Finance and Operations Management to ensure that our product level meets or exceeds the requirements of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the growth of ClearX distribution activities and sales.
  • Building and managing the key relationships with ClearX distributors.
  • Agree on clearly defined KPIs  and manage sales and operational performance of the distributors.
  • Identifying growth opportunities with the distributors and providing relevant support, capabilities and tools.
  • Coordination between distributors and marketing of promotional and brand activities.
  • Interfacing with the ClearX marketing team to facilitate development and enhancement of customer offers.
  • Interfacing between ClearX distributors and with the rest of the organisation to ensure effective issue resolution, customer back office and technical support as needed
    Contract management and yearly contract negotiations.
  • Driving the dialogue around clear aligners innovation, sustainability and treatment efficiency with distributors, end users, and other stakeholders, including attending conferences and other industry events.
  • Providing the wider ClearX organisation with regional market knowledge.
  • Ensuring overall compliance with contractual obligations, including brand and marketing

Requirements
